I found this at a thrift store and thought I couldn't leave it . I don't usually buy gold but like I said couldn't leave it. I stacked it on my pink Cinderella bowls until I find someone who likes this color
Madee - me too! Used to hate it. I regret not picking up all those mint pieces I saw for just a couple bucks. Like the gold on white much more than the white on gold.
Lovely Pyrex, but I had to comment because I have that same cake stand! It was my great grandmother's. Tt was made by Early American Pattern Glass (EAPG) around 1900-1902. :)
This pattern is Butterfly Gold II. You should try displaying it with turquoise...you might find out you like gold more than you thought ;)
ReplyDeleteI used to dislike butterfly gold, but it's definitely growing on me...and it is gorgeous with turquoise! :)
