Black and clear

Found a black clear bottom Pyrex bowl yesterday at GW. I wasn't that thrilled with it initially but the more I look at, the more I like it. If I'm not mistaken, I think white bowls go with this set. I would love to find those!

I also purchased this small clear bowl with blue flowers at a church thrift store. I found the larger one about a month ago.

Picked up these Corningware pieces too.

Thrifting with a chance of flurries

Yesterday, even though snow was melting all around us with the mild weather, my thrifting forecast called for a chance of flurries! At Value Village I found not one but two Snowflake casseroles in perfect condition! They had to have come from the same household. I love the turquoise Pyrex and I love the black and white, so I was doubly thrilled.

In typical VV fashion, one was marked $5.99 and the other $7.99!?! Thankfully, I pointed it out to the cashier and she charged me $5.99 each.

Does anyone know if these came with a lid?

On a different, non Pyrex related note, while I was at Value Village, I also found an awesome glass sugar and creamer set. I am hoping that amongst all of you expert thrifters someone might know a thing or two about this set. Please visit my blog here and let me know if you recognize this set. Thank you in advance!
