Jeff, Kim, Caitlin & Jonathan
I am not gonna post any pictures of pyrex this evening, even though my mom has sent me several pieces lately. Tonight I want to wish my daughter a Happy Birthday! Caitlin will be 17 on Monday and she is just the best daughter - we love her very much and we are very proud of her!! The pic was taken of the four of us in Morgantown at an FFA competition this past September.
I get really tickled reading about everyone's pyrex stories. Caitlin went with Jeff and I to our big flea market here in town this morning. Caitlin and I walk into this booth that has some good pyrex and I spot a full set of primary fridgies with lids for $24.00. I think - maybe I can ask them to take a little less, just cause I don't have to have them, but a full set with lids would be great. Then Caitlin practically shouts and points - "look pyrex!!" I turned to her and shshed her. I turned around and left without even asking. I then lectured Caitlin on keeping her pyrex cool. She was the typical cranky teen trying to figure out what the big deal was. I told her you can't show such excitement or you will be busted and the vendors will raise the prices! We didn't buy anything, but we did see some nice stuff (Caitlin got a new cover for her iphone as a bday gift).
Ironically, I am watching "My Strange Addicition" on TLC while typing this! lol
