my pyrex drought is over- yip yip!

I've been having a right old grumble recently, due to my very poor luck in finding any Pyrex at all, here in the charity shops of the UK. But today my drought was finally over when I spotted to lovely large bowls (sadly without lids) at the bargain price of £1.99 ($3.26) each.

There was one with a Chelsea pattern:

and my very first piece of Harvest:

Hurrah for pretty JAJ!

I also picked up the most amazing Meakin coffee pot- details of which can be found over here http://floraandpurl.blogspot.com/2011/03/draught-is-over.html

Happy days x

Bargain Pyrex Find

Hello fellow pyrex-maniacs! My name is Elizabeth from iheartsunnydays.
I've been following this wonderful blog and have been a member for quite some time, and am now posting my very first post here. I've been collecting Pyrex for a few years now, but being from a small town, it is getting harder and harder to come across pieces for my collection. It is probably about once every few months that I find pyrex, but most of the time they are faded, stained or chipped. But when I do find something I get super excited and do a little dance! Yesterday I had some luck and found this pretty Chelsea JAJ 21cm casserole dish - and only spent $1.

The only thing better than pyrex is bargain priced pyrex!!!
