Here's to you Erin, Delphite in the snow !

As I was talking to Erin last night, I mentionned that I brought the Delphite outside last winter for a photo op...

Here goes

As far as we know the biggest fridgie (503) was never produced in Delphite. The blue lid is more desirable than the transparent one because it was made for a really short time...People (housewives) wanted to see their leftovers hence the transparent lid! 

All those pieces were made in Ontario, Canada in the late 40's early 50's. They have the Pyrex Canada stamp under.

Gotta love the Delphite! LOL!
