Xmas Baking with Pyrex!

Yesterday I baked creme brulée in my Pyrex Pixies.

                                                      Here are all my ingredients with the Pixies

Waiting for the hot water for the bain marie.I hope they are good. I had never made those before, I hope they are good. I'll know tonight. 


This is a french almond quatre quart (pound cake) It a rich delicious not too sweet cake. The cake is for tomorrow because we are invited for supper a our friends house.
