Even Betty, our house rabbit, enjoys pyrex (I sure hope that using pyrex for the pets isn't blasphemy ;-) She prefers the Americana pattern for her daily water - it reminds her of her feline and poultry sisters.
The
chickens, alas, will have to get by with plain old clear glass!
Aw, Betty is adorable! She seems pleased with her special Pyrex water dish too. We had a bunny several years ago, and this reminds me of how fun and sweet he was.
ReplyDeleteLove it! Charlie(my cat) has two water bowls both Pyrex!
ReplyDeleteOh good, I don't feel so guilty now (although it's not as if I don't have enough pyrex to spare)!
ReplyDeleteSo cute! I don't use Pyrex to feed my pets - but I do use Glassbake casseroles!
ReplyDeleteMy cats drink out of Pyrex bowls and eat out of Corelle saucers in Pyrex patterns. There's no guilt to be had. :)
ReplyDeletemy bunny, George eats and drinks out of pyrex too! :)
ReplyDeleteGood color match, Bunny and Pyrex.

I can't believe that there are two Pyrex collectors out their with pet bunnies. Visit Jeni's In Color Order to see her little George.
ReplyDeleteLove your bunny too!

Ooh, I can't wait to meet George. Betty has recently been joined by Freddy - a little guy who was abandoned in a backyard, but is now living a great and spoiled life. Guess I need to find him some pyrex too! Now if only the 7 fish that I just rescued could swim happily in a giant pyrex casserole, I'd be all set!
ReplyDeleteenjoyed checking out your blog - as well as having pyrexia, i am an animal hoarder!! i am sure you will hear from me later on your blog lol
ReplyDeleteOoooh, Betty is quite the cutie! Love her little tuft of fur on her head!
ReplyDeleteOMG at first glance I thought the rabbit was ceramic! So cute. My birds bathe in pyrex!
