Last week a member shared
this idea, and I thought it was fantastic! Now I want to bake all kinds of thinks in every shape and size of Pyrex and see what happens! So I divided my favorite
bread recipe (using half the sugar recommended) between various size pans. Every loaf and roll was gigantic! The kids got a kick out of having their own mini loaves for their after school snacks.
Notice the other Pyrex on the go in the background.

ReplyDelete@Kathy...of course! Just your average glass 9x13 cake pan, but Pyrex nonetheless :) (there were 8 but I ate 2 before I snapped the photos)
